Sales Manager - Crane Hire

NRC is a long-established crane hire company based in Essex. Originally involved in general plant hire, it now specializes solely in Telescopic and Lattice Crawler Cranes, with an extensive hire fleet.

• Mini Telescopic Cranes in 5t, 6t, and 8t capacities
• Larger Telescopic Crawler Cranes from 25t to 127t capacities
• Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes ranging from 35t to 280t capacities

NRC is part of the Joseph Gallagher Group, which includes several businesses that complement its core activities of tunnelling and civil engineering.

The Sales Manager will:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, particularly Tier 1 Contractors and large Tier 2 subcontractors.
• Understand key industry drivers and strategically position NRC’s offerings accordingly.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in emerging industry sectors as the economy grows.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure positive client experiences from quotation to invoicing.
• Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, upcoming projects, and key targets.
• Enhance the company's brand, market presence, and professional image in the industry.
