Position Details

Senior Sales Manager – ERP Solutions | Corrugated Packaging Industry Focus

Remote (UK-based), with travel | £120,000 - £150,000 + Commission + Senior Package

My client, a leading ERP solutions provider in the packaging sector, seeks a driven Senior Sales Manager to lead growth in the corrugated box and folding carton manufacturing sector.

You will develop strategies, identify new business opportunities, showcase tailored ERP solutions, and close high-impact deals. This consultative role is ideal for someone with deep B2B ERP sales experience and strong industry insight. After 12 months of success, you will be promoted to lead and recruit a team of 6 across UK, EMEA, & MENA regions.

First Year Responsibilities (and beyond):
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, marketing, and services teams
  • Lead the full sales cycle from pitch to close
  • Stay ahead of market trends to position solutions competitively
  • Manage pipeline and report activity using Salesforce
Candidate Requirements:
