Job Opportunity: Sales Manager

We have a brand new opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive revenue for a prestigious corporate events venue in London.

The Company

This well-established venue in the City of London hosts a wide range of large-scale events for corporate clients, including conferences, gala dinners, meetings, and celebrations. With stunning rooms and exquisite views, they have a loyal client base that returns year after year. The venue offers large event spaces for up to 600 people, making it a unique and exciting place to work.

The Role

We are recruiting a Sales Manager to lead a team of Venue Sales Executives and oversee the sales strategy. The role reports directly to the General Manager and involves proactive and reactive sales, managing pipelines, and ensuring targets are met. Networking and organizing venue showcases will be key responsibilities.

About You

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in proactive and reactive sales, preferably from an events venue, hotel, or hospitality background, with experience in team management and sales target setting. A good network of clients and agents, understanding of MICE space, and self-motivation are essential.
