As Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving team performance and creating a positive, supportive environment where sales professionals can succeed. You’ll oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure that every team member has the tools, coaching, and encouragement to thrive.
You'll be responsible for leading a team of telesales advisors, setting clear expectations and inspiring high standards through a hands-on approach. Using your knowledge of call centre metrics and team dynamics, you'll help shape sales strategies, improve processes, and ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with operations, compliance, and marketing teams to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

Proven experience leading a telesales or contact centre team
Strong knowledge of performance metrics, sales KPIs, and call centre operations

Basic salary of £40,000 with realistic OTE of £48,000
