Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus tbc

Schedule: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Sell a comprehensive high quality range of manufactured temporary protection materials into main contractors in the commercial construction sector.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Internal Sales Team (currently 4 in the team, with growth planned).
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team sessions to foster engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and metrics, providing constructive feedback and support to optimise performance.
  • Manage key accounts and generate new business alongside the team.
  • Promote a collaborative, results-driven team culture.
  • Handle deals with project sizes ranging from £1k to £1m.
Requirements
  • Must have experience as a Sales Manager within a B2B environment.
  • Ideally will have sales experience within the construction/building products market sector, though this is not essential.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with a commitment to developing talent.
  • Proficient in analysing sales data, KPIs, and reporting to senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Team player with an outgoing personality and a positive outlook.

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
