About the Role

What will you be doing?

  • Manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team.
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities with support from the Centre Manager.
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support.
  • Implement incentive schemes and rewards to motivate the team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
  • Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards and guidelines.
