Associate Director / Sales Manager

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturday 10am - 4pm

Location: Canary Wharf

Role Overview:

As an Associate Sales Director / Sales Manager at Chestertons, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining our market-leading position. You will be responsible for managing a team, client relationships, and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met. This is an exciting opportunity contribute to the continued success of our Canary Wharf branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the PCL market.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding the local property market and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with other departments (lettings, marketing, etc.) to deliver a seamless service to clients.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development to enhance skills and sales results.
• Represent Chestertons at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings.
• Contribute to the development of Chestertons' brand and reputation in Canary Wharf and beyond.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Extensive experience in high-end residential property sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience managing or leading a sales team, with a hands-on approach to leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the London property market, especially the Canary Wharf area.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
