As the Sales Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
It would be advantageous to hold a relevant degree within commercial, business, or engineering fields and have a proven track record and experience within Technical Sales Management (or similar) in an engineering business.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be building relationships at all levels to create success. It is important to have a positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach, along with the ability to travel frequently and build robust relationships.
