Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading building services company to recruit a Sales Manager. The role focuses on selling bespoke noise control solutions, developing new business, and managing key accounts across a local patch with a company car and hybrid working pattern.

The role offers £45,000 - £55,000 plus bonus, progression, and company benefits. You will be on the road visiting clients and booking appointments, with a 2-day-a-week in-office requirement in Reading.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Manager or similar in building services.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Sell bespoke noise control solutions.
• Visit clients on the road and create new business.
• Manage key accounts within the industry.
• Work Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm (4:30pm finish on Friday).
