Sales Manager – Offsite Housing Solutions – ARV 6575 Basic to £65,000 + Bonus + £6,500 Car Allowance

Suitable home locations could include: Birmingham, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Reading, Croydon or Watford

Our retained client offers an Offsite Housing solution aimed at small to medium-sized regional house builders, councils, local authorities, housing associations, and other RPs.

The employer is a well-funded manufacturer of offsite construction housing solutions, planning steady growth that is structured, fully self-financed, and focused on long-term stability rather than short-term external financing.

The role

You will sell house build solutions to regional contractors and the public sector for affordable homes. The solutions include manufacturing and onsite installation to mitigate risks, especially for local authorities, councils, and housing associations.

About You

  • Well connected with house builders (regionals), councils, local authorities, and housing associations
  • Experience selling offsite manufactured solutions such as Timber Frame, Light Steel Frame, Modular, or SIP
  • Enthusiastic about joining a business that is expanding in a measured, sustainable manner
