About The Role

Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Manager to join the Redcliffe team!

Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4am and 7pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fast and friendly service
  • Lead by example – inspire staff to achieve more

  • Merchandising products
