To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. Job Responsibilities
  • Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
  • Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment
  • Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team is at the core of everything you do
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
  • Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs

  • You are passionate about customers, people, and products, inspiring and motivating others
  • You have exceptional commercial understanding to create a great shopping experience
  • You are a team player, adaptable, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a great communicator, calm under pressure, and realistic in expectations

  • You are confident in handling people issues and multitasking effectively
