Are you a dynamic sales leader who thrives on delivering results and developing high-performing teams? We're looking for an inspiring Sales Manager to lead our Inbound and Outbound Sales Teams, driving revenue, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for building a results-driven, customer-focused sales function that consistently hits (and exceeds!) key targets:

  1. Revenue Growth
  2. Profitability
  3. Conversion & Attach Rates
  4. Customer Satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales teams to exceed KPIs and build a high-performance culture.
    • Create a positive, professional environment focused on continuous learning and development.
    • Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
    • Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent.
  2. Sales Strategy & Performance
    • Set and monitor performance targets to achieve commercial goals.
    • Use data and insight to identify opportunities, trends, and improvement areas.
    • Implement effective sales strategies and incentive programmes.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure sales campaigns are aligned.
  3. Customer Experience & Compliance
    • Champion a customer-first approach in every interaction.
    • Manage escalations and use feedback to enhance the customer journey.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales standards.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in sales management (B2C, inbound/outbound)
  2. A motivating leader skilled in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
  3. Commercially minded, with a strategic approach to sales planning, forecasting and data analysis.
  4. Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
  5. Passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences
  6. Comfortable with CRM systems and performance reporting tools
