Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Team Management
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales teams to exceed KPIs and build a high-performance culture.
• Create a positive, professional environment focused on continuous learning and development.
• Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent. - Sales Strategy & Performance
• Set and monitor performance targets to achieve commercial goals.
• Use data and insight to identify opportunities, trends, and improvement areas.
• Implement effective sales strategies and incentive programmes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure sales campaigns are aligned. - Customer Experience & Compliance
• Champion a customer-first approach in every interaction.
• Manage escalations and use feedback to enhance the customer journey.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales management (B2C, inbound/outbound)
- A motivating leader skilled in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Commercially minded, with a strategic approach to sales planning, forecasting and data analysis.
- Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
- Passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences
- Comfortable with CRM systems and performance reporting tools
