Overview

Amazing opportunity in sales - a Luxury Retail Sales Manager / Art Gallery Manager is required for this stunning contemporary Art Gallery.

You do not necessarily need an Art background but a desire to sell a prestigious luxury retail product is essential (product training will be provided). A strong appreciation of art is obviously preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales with a consultative approach; work towards realistic sales targets and develop new business through self-motivation.
• Provide exceptional client and customer service, delivering an amazing client experience from start to finish; manage client needs and transfer your passion for sales and the product to drive sales.
• Proactively conduct outreach and make daily calls to promote the gallery to increase footfall and sales; maintain client relationships over the phone and email.
• On the floor, service clients and contribute to gallery management.
• Work weekends as the busiest time; flexible to work a lot of them as part of a five-day week.
• Drive is preferred as home consultations are offered as an extra service.

Qualifications & Skills

• A desire to sell a prestigious luxury product; product training provided.
• Art background is not required, but a strong appreciation for art is preferred.
• Ability to work toward monthly targets with potential to earn commission.
• Excellent client-facing skills and a self-starting approach to generate prospective business.
• Ability to handle outreach, calls, and follow-ups effectively; comfortable with phone and email communications.

Remuneration & Benefits
