Job description

Our account management team is growing rapidly in London, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a group of Account Managers driving our UKI portfolio forward.

About The Role
  • Build and manage a team of Account Managers responsible for our Mid Market territory.
  • Accurately forecast on ARR, cross-sell, retention, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed ARR and other goals aligned with OKRs.
  • Lead monday.com’s expansion upmarket by implementing sales methodologies, portfolio and account planning, training, and development.
  • Develop the team’s core skills through feedback, tailored development plans, and continuous improvement.
  • Inspire a culture of teamwork, transparency, and accountability, leading from the front.
  • Hire market-leading candidates aligned with monday.com’s values, and ramp and develop them quickly.
  • Develop a sustainable growth plan for the team over 3-5 years in collaboration with regional leadership.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years of leading high-performing SaaS sales/account management teams.
  • Comfortable operating in an environment targeting 40% YoY growth, building foundations for sustainable growth.
  • History of exceeding team quotas in high-growth tech companies.
  • Deep understanding of complex account and sales cycles.
  • Expertise in solution-based sales, ROI analysis, and managing horizontal stakeholder influence (IT, Legal, Procurement).
  • Ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
  • Methodology-driven approach to team development.
  • Leads with transparency, empathy, and accountability.
