A leading hospitality brand in Brighton is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth through market analysis and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, excellent communication skills, and a relevant degree. This position offers an annual salary of £33,125 and includes a maternity cover fixed-term contract for 9 months starting from December 1, 2025. As Sales Manager, you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
