Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where building lasting client relationships is key? We’re looking for a motivated and passionate EA Sales Manager to join our Estate Agency team. You’ll play a critical role in managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers, understanding their business needs and helping them maximise the value of Rightmove’s products and services. As part of a supportive and forward-thinking sales team, you’ll be instrumental in driving our customer success and retention efforts while contributing to the ongoing growth of Rightmove. What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the go-to person for a portfolio of EA clients, helping them get the most from their Rightmove membership. This means:

  • Building strong and trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Understanding each customer’s unique business needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Driving usage and adoption of Rightmove tools and data to demonstrate value and ROI.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the Rightmove product suite.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and activity within our CRM system.
  • Meeting and exceeding agreed customer engagement and retention targets.

Who you are

You’re a confident communicator and relationship builder who thrives in a customer-facing role. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven success in a sales, account management, or customer success role.
  • Experience in the property, media, or tech sectors (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a consultative approach.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to spot growth opportunities.
  • High levels of self-motivation and personal accountability.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit with a desire to contribute to team success.
