Sales Manager

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Salary: 35,000 per annum (uncapped commission, realistic OTE 70,000)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales and profitability.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales staff, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all industry regulations and company policies.



Skills Required:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a sales role within a used car supermarket environment.

  • Skills: Proven ability to close sales, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching a sales team.

  • Accreditations: FCA Accredited (or willing to complete training).

  • License: Full UK Driving Licence.
