Job description

The Specification Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline through strategic sales planning. The role is key to ensuring A360 remains a market leader by generating sales opportunities via lead management, sales calls, and customer support.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and new opportunities to expand our customer base and market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and decision-makers within key customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new projects and capitalize on emerging trends in defined regions or segments.
  • Serve as a primary escalation point for clients regarding key projects and product specifications and delivery information.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and project delivery.
  • Generate sales to support the overall order intake pipeline, providing Customer Account Managers with sufficient requirements to deliver excellent service.
  • Track and manage projects and sales pipeline, updating the ExCo and A360 Leadership team as needed.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential product improvements, collaborating with other functions.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives for long-term, sustainable growth of A360.
  • Support sales campaigns, new product launches, and sales forecasting as required.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales pipeline growth.
  • Deliver CPDs to educate the market and generate future sales opportunities.
