Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager at our Bristol Airport location to lead a rental sales team and drive five-star customer service.

You will partner with the Station Manager to hit incremental sales targets, coach staff, and implement a serviced-based sales culture while maintaining high operating standards and KPI delivery.

• Support the Company’s culture of ‘Continuous Improvement’ through daily communication with staff through dedicated coaching and feedback sessions.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
• Ensure that the station consistently achieves KPIs.

Main duties

• A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required

Car rental will see the light a few years later, across the Atlantic, but its development will be stopped by the first and then by the Second World Wars.
