This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who can combine new business development, account growth and team management. You’ll take ownership of the sales strategy, build relationships with key corporate customers and lead a team to deliver ambitious revenue and customer service targets.

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager or Commercial Sales Leader with a proven track record of winning new business, growing existing accounts and developing high-performing teams.
You’ll have strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable working to targets, managing a sales pipeline and using data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Experience within a scientific, healthcare, laboratory or other regulated service environment would be advantageous, as would experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
You’ll need to be organised, commercially driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll have genuine ownership of the sales function.
