Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager of Le Manoir aux QuatSaisons, you will be responsible for leading, delivering, and managing the sales strategy of the hotel. This role requires a strong background in Sales, a deep understanding of the luxury travel industry, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

1. Lead and manage the sales team
2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
4. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
5. Collaborate with other departments and outside property sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential
6. Stay up to date with key industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel industry
2. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
3. Strong leadership and management skills
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
5. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret sales data
6. Flexibility to travel as required
