Are you a Sales Manager with experience in the Blinds or Electrical Underfloor Heating industries? If so, please read on.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to take charge of our blinds and flooring sales division. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team to exceed targets across both residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interiors, furnishings, or home improvement sales and demonstrable leadership experience.

  • Salary £35 - £40,000 dependent on experience (£70,000 OTE)

  • Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm / Friday early finish 2pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets across blinds and flooring product lines.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and enhance market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, designers, and retail partners.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, follow-up, and closing, ensuring outstanding customer service throughout.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends, producing regular reports for senior management.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales staff through regular training, performance reviews, and field support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align product offerings, promotions, and delivery expectations.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the brand and identify business growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the team maintains accurate records in the CRM and adheres to company procedures and compliance standards.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the blinds, flooring, or wider interiors/home improvement/construction industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop pricing strategies and spot market opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Confident with CRM systems and data-driven sales reporting.
  • A self-motivated and ambitious attitude, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Experience selling to both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within electrical flooring, home automation, or interior fit-out industries.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical underfloor heating systems and/or automated blinds is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage technical sales cycles and coordinate with design, installation, and procurement teams.
