Job Opportunity: Sales Manager

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our Sales team in the South West region, based in Gloucester.

We are looking for an experienced manager with the drive and passion to advance their career within the industry.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage our site-based sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales processes and achievement of sales targets.
  • Act as a link between the site and office, ensuring sales policies and initiatives are fully executed by your team.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to drive sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring successful sales operations across the South West area.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven sales expertise with supervisory or management experience, preferably within the large house building sector.
  • Transferable skills from other fast-paced sales environments will also be considered.
  • Strong people management skills, capable of recruiting, retaining, motivating, and developing a remote sales team.
  • Knowledge of property and contracts legislation, customer service, and marketing is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexibly across sites and offices, with a company car provided.
