Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Telford. The Sales Manager will be responsible for primarily overseeing our construction site cctv/alarms systems, alarm response and key holding sales, setting goals, and developing strategic sales plans to drive company growth in these areas. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with the operations teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years sales experience.
• Sales Management and Strategic Planning skills
• Client Relationship Management and Market Research skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in the security industry and specifically construction site security is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field experience.
• Proficiency in software and sales analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
