Job description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our newly refurbished dealership in Tamworth. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction while maximising profitability in our premier automotive sales environment. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for motivating others, we want to hear from you!

In this position, you'll benefit from a competitive salary with an attractive OTE bonus, plus a company car or car allowance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance forecasts.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in a Sales Management role within the automotive sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A valid UK driving license.
