Role Overview

What will you be doing?

As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, the TPS Sales Manager is responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

1. Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to meet sales targets.
2. Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions.
3. Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with support from the Centre Manager.
4. Maintain product knowledge and monitor competitor activity.
5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support.
6. Ensure team motivation through incentive schemes and rewards.
7. Provide excellent customer service through the team.
8. Monitor delivery schedules to maintain service levels.
9. Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
10. Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards and guidelines.
