As Head of Business Development, you'll:

  2. Lead expansion into new markets.

  2. Identifying and winning new business while growing key accounts with new revenue streams.
  3. Expanding into new sectors and building long-term relationships with decision-makers.
  4. Spotting market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that truly meet client needs.

What You Bring to the Table
  1. Proven success in Business Development or Commercial roles in a Direct Mail & Printing industry.
  2. A track record of winning new business, securing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth.
  3. A strategic mindset - You don't just sell; you create opportunities.
  4. Commercial awareness - You know how to identify and capitalise on market trends.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills - You know how to influence and build trust.

Bonus points if you have:
  1. Experience in print, direct marketing, or personalised print solutions.
  2. Knowledge of direct mail, print-on-demand, or marketing technology.

The Package
  1. Up to £55,000 base salary + performance-related bonus + business expenses.
  2. Office-based (commutable distance to Essex HQ required).
  3. On-site parking & company pension.
