What you'll do day to day

  • Motivate the sales team to deliver an incredible customer experience for every customer they come into contact with
  • Unleash the potential of the sales team by setting challenging objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives
  • Ensure all sales executives have current performance development reviews to maximise performance and support individual development
  • Ensure compliance is in place, meeting all obligations related to customer experience and manufacturer standards
  • Manage daily sales activities such as deal files, handovers, and sales funnel to maximise revenue
  • Encourage the sales team to review processes for efficiency
  • Identify new ways of working and actively encourage the team to try out new ideas
