Neos Engineering are currently working with a well-established organisation in the Plant Hire industry who are looking for a Sales Manager/Representative to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with experience in the Plant Hire sector or related industries such as automotive, agricultural, material handling or similar fields.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop client relationships.
2. Drive sales and achieve targets.
3. Provide excellent customer service.
4. Conduct market research and analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales management.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Full driving license.
