Role overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  1. Coach colleagues to inspire customers to buy the best products for their needs, regardless of how they shop with us.
  2. Lead a highly engaged team, understand their strengths and development areas, and support their personal growth.
  3. Encourage colleagues to prioritize the customer while achieving sales and profit targets.
  4. Generate excitement around new product launches and suggest innovative ways to bring new technology to life.

You will need:
