About The Role
About the role:

We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new showroom in Stafford later this year, and we are looking for a Sales-focused Assistant Manager to lead and drive our showroom to success!

As the Sales Manager, you’ll assist in managing a high-performing, £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom. Your role will be key in building and nurturing an exceptional team, ensuring we deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets.

We offer a competitive basic salary of £28,000 along with an uncapped commission structure, with an OTE of £50k+!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that every customer receives a world-class experience from start to finish.
  • Assist the General Manager in training a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.
  • Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Play a pivotal role in the successful opening of the new Bury St Edmunds showroom, ensuring a smooth and impactful start.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to Health and Safety, as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
About you:
  • A proven track record of success gained in a big-ticket retail environment.
  • Sales-driven with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to coach, motivate and inspire others to achieve KPIs.
  • Able to travel occasionally for training or regional meetings.
  • Willing to work the majority of weekends and bank holidays.
