This role is pivotal in driving our clients' business growth to a sustainable £20 million turnover, focusing on sectors like power generation, energy-from-waste, and industrial manufacturing. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven sales track record in the engineering sector.

Day-to-day Of The Role
  • Market Penetration: Expand market footprint across priority sectors through direct engagement and solution selling.
  • Client Development: Secure and grow high-value accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships and recurring revenue contracts.
  • Workshop Growth: Increase workshop and fabrication revenue to >£2 million by promoting core competencies and quality of delivery.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Maintain a well-qualified pipeline through the CRM system, delivering accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the executive team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven success in a senior sales role within the mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering sectors.
  • Strong engineering background is ideal.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as the 'voice of the customer' within the organisation.
  • Strong understanding of the BESS, power generation, energy-from-waste, and industrial manufacturing markets.
  • Experience in growing a sales pipeline to £20m+ annual turnover with consistent margin delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth in workshop fabrication services.
  • Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a strong network across target sectors.
