A leading property investment company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their growing sales team. This role involves coaching, recruiting, and driving performance through consultative sales processes. You will play a vital role in shaping the sales strategy and company culture in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and flexibility.

You'll be joining at a pivotal time, taking full ownership of a growing sales team and playing a key role in building the systems, standards and culture that underpin high performance. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property sales, particularly from an agency or developer background. It will also suit a proven sales leader from another industry who is used to managing high-performing teams in fast-paced, consultative sales environments. If you can lead people, drive results and coach teams through a complex sales cycle, this is your opportunity to build something meaningful.
A basic Salary of up to £50,000 with an OTE of £65,000+
25 days plus bank holidays, birthday off and office closure over Christmas
WFH / Hybrid model with 3 to 4 days in the Gateshead office and 1 to 2 days WFH
Flexible Hours: Choose your working hours within an 8am to 6pm window
