Job summary

A recruitment agency seeks an experienced Sales Manager for a leading dealer group in Bognor Regis. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of sales management experience within the motor trade, excellent customer service skills, and a strong track record in used car sales. This full-time role offers a basic salary of £35,000 plus bonus, with an OTE of £70,000.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of both new and used vehicle sales.
• Experience in managing a large, successful sales team is preferred.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager for our client's main dealer site in the Bognor Regis area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a superb dealer group, a strong brand, working in a busy, state-of-the-art site. We are looking for Sales Managers with a strong track record in used car sales.

Sales Manager role:

1. Working closely with the senior management team. You will manage the Sales Executive team to achieve strong sales performance every month. Drive sales through processes and train the team to work professionally.
2. Ensure the team offers excellent customer service, maximizes sales while promoting profit per unit, and collaborates with the finance team to secure the best deals for customers.
3. Control the used car stock to ensure the right vehicles are available for your market area.
4. Ensure all online adverts comply with company & manufacturer guidelines.

Sales Manager requirements:
