New Car Sales Manager - Volkswagen Scunthorpe
Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week
Salary: Competitive basic salary with a generous OTE and bonus scheme, plus use of one of the latest vehicles

The Role
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our talented team and spearhead the growth of our new car business. This is your opportunity to make a real impact, leveraging your sales management expertise to empower your team and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Reporting to the Head of Business, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading automotive group whilst representing an amazing brand. You oversee a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager, the team oversee both New and Used Vehicle Sales. We are looking for someone to drive the team and Business forward. Must have previous experience in budgeting and forecasts.
