Job Description

The Role:

This is not your average sales role. We’re looking for someone with serious commercial firepower, a strategic thinker, relentless revenue driver and inspiring leader who’s ready to take ownership of our flagship events in the Education and Healthcare sectors.

In this high-impact position, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the sales strategy, coach and develop a high-performing team and play a key role in growing the commercial success of our events. You’ll immerse yourself in two fast-moving, socially impactful industries, becoming a trusted voice, strategic partner and deal-closer all in one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead from the front – Hit and exceed your personal targets while inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Drive revenue – Sell stand space, sponsorships and bespoke packages over the phone and in-person.
  • Coach, mentor and elevate your team – empower them to meet and exceed their KPIs.
  • Develop winning event strategies – explore new revenue streams, create tailored sponsorship opportunities and build long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Be the expert – Stay plugged into sector trends, industry needs and competitor events.
  • Champion the customer journey – ensure every interaction delivers value and builds loyalty.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with marketing and operations to deliver seamless campaigns and well-run shows.
  • Own the rebook – drive conversions onsite and ensure commercial momentum post-event.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within exhibitions, conferences or media.
  • Is a natural leader with a track record of developing and motivating sales teams.
  • Is target-driven, persistent and thrives in a performance culture.
  • Is a relationship builder — someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with clients and prospects.
  • Brings creativity and strategy to selling, with the ability to craft compelling commercial proposals.
  • Is confident, organised and has the resilience to navigate the fast pace of live events.

What’s in it for you?

  • Sales Progression Scheme – structured path for growth and promotion
  • Personalised Training & Development Plan
  • Recognition Scheme – we love celebrating wins!
  • Birthday Day Off
  • Holiday Entitlement Increases with Service
  • Onsite Parking
  • Team Perks – fresh fruit, occasional lunches, and regular social events
