Sales Manager – Location: Leicestershire (with travel across the UK as required). Salary: c£50,000 base + performance bonus (OTE £65,000–£75,000+). Full time.

The Role

We\'re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to take charge of our established sales process, lead a team of 5 - 6 design and sales professionals, and drive performance across every stage of the client journey from initial consultation to signed contract.

This isn\'t about cold calling or scrappy hustle. The systems, marketing, and reputation are already in place. Your job is to lead, coach, and hold the team accountable so that we consistently convert high-value projects while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5-6 sales/design consultants.
• Run daily huddles and weekly sales meetings with clear targets.
• Monitor and improve conversion rates across all stages of the sales pipeline.
• Implement consistent follow-up and accountability systems.
• Coach team members to close deals with confidence and professionalism.
• Ensure proposals and presentations are delivered to brand standard.
• Report on KPIs and pipeline performance to the Managing Director.
• Work with Marketing to align campaigns/lead generation with sales targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent as the business scales.
