Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager from an SME background to help business growth and oversee a small direct sales team. This is a new position with a broad remit and there will be scope for you to contribute to the development of systems and processes across the business. Team sizes are small meaning this role is a combination of both strategic and hands-on elements, requiring you to do as well as manage.
The business has grown from a combination of generating inbound leads and direct sales. Direct sales needs to grow and new opportunities in emerging indirect integrated and partner channels need to be established.
