Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for coordinating and driving the team to fulfill potential.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  • Work with the Engineering department to discuss the feasibility of customer requirements and designs.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager is essential.
  • Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment would be preferred.
  • Previous experience selling electro-mechanical, heating and ventilation, electrical, electronic products would be desirable.
