This is a superb opportunity to join the UK’s leading home improvement business as one of our Sales Managers. We are seeking an experienced sales professional or sales manager who is now looking to stretch their business development and management potential to the next level.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading, managing, and motivating a team of self-employed Sales Executives, developing your team using your sales abilities.
  • Driving recruitment of self-employed Sales Representatives, Marketing Agents, and Area Marketing Leaders to set targets.
  • Providing training, coaching, and development to your sales team to meet company standards and policies.
  • Encouraging the team to generate leads through approved methods and managing internal leads.
  • Ensuring the presentation of finance options in accordance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
  • Working with the Regional Sales Manager to meet sales targets, maximize lead conversion, and deliver on the business plan.
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales reports.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager exceeding targets, ideally within Home Improvements or similar.
  • Experience recruiting self-employed sales professionals.
  • Motivated, with the ability to guide and motivate people to achieve targets.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a targeted environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience with remote meetings/sales appointments.
  • Proactive, results-driven, flexible with workloads and hours.
  • High customer service standards.
  • Committed to personal development.
  • Full UK driving license and own car.
What We Offer

Potential OTE between £50,000 - £100,000, plus additional incentives. Basic salary of £25,366.80, hybrid working, minimum 31 days holiday, pension, discounts, and employee schemes. Industry-leading training to help you reach your full sales management potential.
