Join Airbus Helicopters at Oxford Airport, the UK’s civil helicopter hub, as our Sales Manager in a permanent, field-based role. You will own the full sales lifecycle and aim to exceed quotas by selling our portfolio—from aircraft and spares to service contracts—across the Private, Parapublic, and Military sectors in the UK and Ireland.

Business Development and Sales: Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly sales targets; identify, pursue and close new business opportunities across all AHUK offerings; develop activities across AHUK sectors; achieve required aircraft volumes with margin protection; collaborate with the Commercial team for market analysis; initiate and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners; represent the Voice of the Customer within the AHUK Sales team.
Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust pipeline from prospecting to closing; involve relevant AHUK stakeholders; monitor and report forecasts; conduct regular meetings with leads and customers to ensure timely progression.
Leadership and Development: Support leadership with coaching; adhere to a rigorous sales process using SalesForce and reporting; conduct weekly pipeline reviews; participate in sales and marketing training.
Commercial Operations Liaison: Align proposals with customer expectations and profitability; ensure outstanding customer experience from sale to after-sales; ensure Export/Compliance and taxation information is shared to protect AHUK.
CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts and customer data in SalesForce; generate regular forecasts and insightful reports.
