Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Company Car

Mon-Fri (8am-4pm)

Our client is a leading company in their sector. They are a bespoke machinery manufacturer and a leading company in their market. They are also part of a rapidly growing group of companies. Due to fast growth they are looking for an experience Sales Manager with industrial automation experience to help build their sales division.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Adopting a consultative sales approach to delivering complex engineering solutions
  • Leading the sales team by defining clear targets
  • Liaising with engineering and manufacturing departments to develop sales proposals
  • Developing and maintaining sales pipelines
  • Effectively utilising CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Develop and implement sales plans

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of industrial automation is highly desirable
  • Experience within a relevant manufacturing industry
  • Experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Manager or in a similar role
  • Having a solid engineering understanding in order to understand customer requirements
