About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Helping to achieve the branch targets for the office.
- Accountability for delivering the collective objectives, including profitability, improved market share, and increased group value.
- Professionally dealing with clients and customers in all aspects of estate agency, including market appraisals, property listings, sales progression, and negotiations, ensuring alignment with the company sales process.
- Using data, feedback, and market trend interpretation to deliver weekly updates to clients, offering advice and recommendations to facilitate successful transactions.
- Abiding by service standards and all legislation.
- Maintaining all aspects of marketing for new and existing properties.
- Ensuring client brochures are maintained and updated, including text, floor plans, photographs, and price changes.
- Producing documentation for new listings, such as agency agreements, anti-money laundering forms, fact finds, and other relevant documents.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a senior sales negotiator, assistant manager, or branch manager.
- Ability to build rapport and develop long-standing relationships.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
- Professional conduct, appearance, and attitude that enhance the company's reputation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy and understanding.
- A dynamic team member with individual flair.
- Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
- Full and clean driving license.
