Sales Manager – North of England

Treston Ltd, is a market leader in ergonomic industrial furniture, ESD-safe workstations, and modular storage solutions. We serve clients in electronics, aerospace, automotive, cleanrooms, logistics, and life sciences. As part of our continued investment in regional growth, we are hiring a dedicated Field Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts across the North of England.

As the Sales Manager for the North, you’ll be the face of Treston for our northern customers and prospects. Your focus will be on winning new direct sales, nurturing distributor relationships, and delivering solutions that drive productivity, compliance, and operational efficiency for our clients. You'll be supported by marketing, inside sales, and the customer service team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Win and grow direct client accounts across electronics, logistics, cleanroom, and aerospace sectors
  • Conduct client visits, product demos, and technical surveys
  • Work alongside Inside Sales and Marketing to convert leads
  • Support and motivate distributor partners in your region
  • Maintain pipeline activity via Salesforce

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years’ field sales experience in technical/industrial B2B sectors
  • Confident communicator and skilled closer
  • Regional knowledge of Northern UK industries
  • Strong CRM skills and autonomous territory planning
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel 3–4 days/week
