Purpose Of The Role

Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will be representing the Ice Cream brands portfolio on behalf of Unilever, including Ben & Jerrys, Walls, and Magnum. As part of the Dee Set team, you will work with colleagues responsible for increasing Unilever's ice cream brand performance, awareness, and availability across a variety of UK smaller-format grocery retailers. You will be the eyes and ears of the brand, conducting retail store visits within a defined territory, with responsibilities for driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement to enhance turnover and market share using our data tools.

Responsibilities Of The Role

1. Visiting a mix of grocery and convenience stores to build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, adding value to the store.
2. Using data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
3. Negotiating with store decision-makers to ensure distribution and maximum availability of Unilever Ice Cream brands, increasing sales and brand awareness.
4. Acting as the ‘eyes and ears' for the brand and Dee Set in-store by identifying problems, opportunities, and gathering retailer and competitor intelligence.
5. Following Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive impact for our clients.
6. Delivering professional and effective store calls.
7. Accurately recording and completing all information on an iPad using bespoke software.

• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• Able to deliver excellent store execution results.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze data to drive results.
• Holding a full, current UK manual driving license.
