As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence in the UK. This is a hybrid role, with our office based in Maidenhead and the flexibility to work remotely. The position requires business trips within the UK to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Present and promote our flexible packaging solutions to potential customers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility

Qualifications

  • Experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or related industries
  • Strong sales management, strategy development, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel for business meetings
  • Knowledge of flexible packaging solutions is a plus
