As a Sales Manager, you’re already juggling a lot…managing people, holding the customer relationships together, still doing plenty of the selling yourself.

This Sales Manager role gives you that!

A branch with three plate saws and two bar saws geared up for specialist aerospace work, and real ambition to grow aluminium plate and bar sales across Ireland.

There’s appetite, budget, and board-level backing to build into new sectors.

What’s missing is someone with your experience within the aluminium/stainless steel plate and bar industry who can make it happen.

You’ll be the Sales Manager for a close-knit team.

You’ll have the support of an onsite Group Operations Director.

A salesperson and a sales support colleague already in place.

A solid warehouse team who know what they’re doing.

The kind of setup where everyone mucks in, where your voice matters.

You won’t be out on the road five days a week. Most of your time will be spent on site, leading from the front, with the freedom to get out to customers when it makes sense. Typically once or twice a month.

If you know the metals world, understand how to build trust with customers, and love the idea of growing a branch around you, this is the Sales Manager role where you’ll finally have the freedom to shape something your way.

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break
