About The Role
Mercedes-Benz of Colindale is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join their growing team.
As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries and will develop the sales team. Ensuring that every customer understands their obligations, you will do so with integrity and a commitment to fair treatment.
Mercedes-Benz Sales Managers work flexible schedules, which may include weekends, to provide the highest level of customer service.
About You
If you are a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.
Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic, the ability to lead and inspire colleagues, and a drive to exceed performance targets, especially in finance and add-on sales.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
Please note that candidates must have Business Manager experience within the automotive industry as a minimum requirement for this role.
