Ascott Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced and confident Sales Manager to become part of our team in Liverpool.

This role will be based at our Citadines in Liverpool City Centre.

You will report to the Director of Sales UK, managing a portfolio of accounts and promoting the company's brand within its lodging offerings.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with new clients and business prospecting, customer development, and partnership building with local, European, and Global Accounts
  • Independently managing target accounts in the customer portfolio by creating and following a sales action plan
  • Ensuring all sales activities are accurately recorded in the CRM to support data analysis and meet individual targets/KPIs
  • Conducting regular client reviews, attending trade shows, negotiating new business, and converting revenue
  • Staying informed about the economic environment, using market intelligence, analyzing your portfolio's property and competitors
  • Monitoring Hotelligence, Lanyon, and Proximity reports for up-to-date business trends and developments

To be successful as a Sales Manager, we require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment
  • Good knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
